Volleyball conditioning will begin on april 29th from 6pm to 8pm at Matoaca high school. This is for upcoming 8th graders and high school students. You just have a current physical (if you tried out for a sport this year you are in good standing) please make sure you dress appropriately (all shorts must cover you whole buttocks) and have water as well.
