Sports Physicals will be given by VCU Health at Thomas Dale High School on Thursday, June 17th.  All students planning to participate in sports at MHS after July 1, 2021 will need an up to date physical examination packet (dated after May 1, 2021) on file with the athletic department. The cost is $20.  For each MHS student that participates, the funds will be donated to the MHS Athletic Training budget.  Please see the attached flyer!
